Plan Your Seasonal Display from First Idea to Installation
A successful seasonal display starts well before installation. We help plan each stage — from choosing the occasion and developing the concept to checking site requirements, scheduling the work and arranging post-season dismantling.

/01 Start with the Occasion, Location and Date Expand Collapse
Tell us what you’re planning, where the display will go and when it needs to be ready. Photos or measurements of the space, an approximate budget and any initial ideas can help us understand the project. You don’t need a complete brief to start the conversation.
When to start: Ideally, 16–24 weeks before the display opens.
Typical duration: 1–2 weeks, depending on how much information is available.
/02 Choose a Collection or Develop a Custom Concept Expand Collapse
We’ll discuss suitable decorations and motifs, then prepare a proposal for your space and occasion. You can choose elements from an existing collection or explore a custom design. The proposal can include a visual concept, recommended scope and estimated costs.
When to start: Around 12–20 weeks before opening.
Typical duration: 1–3 weeks. Bespoke concepts or several rounds of revisions may take longer.
/03 Check the Site and Technical Requirements Expand Collapse
Before confirming the installation plan, we review the location and practical requirements. These may include installation height, access for equipment, mounting points, available power and ground conditions. Where needed, we identify permits and site approvals. Approval times depend on the location and the relevant authorities.
When to start: Around 10–18 weeks before opening.
Typical duration: 1–4 weeks for the site review and technical planning. Required permits or approvals may extend this stage.
/04 Approve the Proposal and Confirm the Schedule Expand Collapse
Once the design and scope are agreed, we confirm the schedule for product preparation or production, delivery and installation. Existing decorations may be ready sooner; custom designs need additional time for production and checks. We’ll agree the schedule with you around the planned opening date.
When to start: Usually 6–16 weeks before opening, depending on the products and project scope.
Typical duration: Around 2–6 weeks for selected existing decorations, or 6–12+ weeks for bespoke production. Special sourcing or complex projects may take longer.
/05 Install, Support and Dismantle Expand Collapse
We schedule installation so the display is ready for its agreed opening date. The work may take several days for a smaller installation or several weeks for a large-scale project. Once installation is complete, we arrange a handover. Seasonal servicing can also be agreed as part of the project. After the event or season, we can dismantle, pack and label the decorations for storage or transport them to an agreed location.
Installation start: Commonly 1–3 weeks before opening, depending on the site and scale of the display.
Typical installation duration: From 1–5 days for smaller projects to 1–3 weeks for larger installations.
After the season: Dismantling and collection are scheduled around the site’s requirements.
